THE GUIDEFUL PROTECTOR
THE ESSENCE OF ROMAN, GREEK AND EGYPTIAN MYTHOLOGY
This design is inspired by the owner’s sketch about his personal experiences. The center object “caduceus” is modified by removing the wings on the top and replacing them with Egyptian dogs “Anubis” and a “Shipibo” pattern has been added to the background.
The Cadeceus symbolizes the modern medicine and the Anubis dogs are associated with afterlife. The geometric labyrinth pattern “Shipibo” represents culture and cosmology of the southern Cross constellation.
